XFlowdata respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we collect
- Contact details you provide when you email us or fill in a form (name, email address, phone number, company, message).
- Technical data automatically processed by our hosting provider to serve the website (e.g. IP address, browser type, request logs), used for security and reliability.
- Consent preference, stored locally on your device, to remember your cookie choice.
We do not currently run analytics or marketing trackers. If we add tools such as HubSpot, the data they process will be described here and loaded only with your consent.
Purposes and legal basis
- Responding to your enquiries and managing our business relationship — legal basis: your consent and/or our legitimate interest in responding to you.
- Operating, securing and maintaining the website — legal basis: our legitimate interest.
- Future analytics or marketing — legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep contact data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and in line with applicable legal obligations. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. Your consent preference remains until you clear it from your browser.
Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and delivery (Cloudflare Pages).
- HubSpot — only if and when integrated for scheduling or contact forms (subject to your consent).
International transfers
Some providers (such as Cloudflare and, in the future, HubSpot) are based in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data;
- request erasure of your data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- request portability of the data you provided;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
