About XFlowdata

The people behind the work.

Not a firm. Not a platform. Two partners, a delivery team, and fifteen years of the same problems solved.

Jef Minsart

Founder & Managing Partner — Brussels

Jef has spent more than 25 years inside complex ERP environments across EMEA. Not advising from the outside — working on the inside, with the data, understanding how it moves through organisations and where it breaks.

He built his methodology at P&G, tested it across manufacturing, logistics and FMCG environments, and founded XFlowdata to deliver that same level of rigour without the overhead of a large consulting firm.

He stays close to every engagement — in the diagnostic conversations, the key decisions, and the final recommendations. The person you speak to at the beginning is the same person accountable for the outcome.

How we work

Most data consultancies are built around a model: a senior expert sells the project, a team of juniors delivers it, and the client spends most of the engagement managing the gap between the two.

XFlowdata was built around the opposite logic.

The senior partners stay involved throughout — in the diagnostic, in the key decisions, in the final recommendations. The delivery team executes with the same methodology and the same standards. There are no handoffs that lose context, no moments where the client has to re-explain what they already explained at the beginning.

We are not trying to grow into a large firm. We are trying to remain the kind of company where the people who understand your problem are the same people accountable for solving it.

That is a deliberate choice. And it is the reason clients come back.

Over fifteen years, across manufacturing, logistics and FMCG environments. In each case, the same approach: understand the full chain before touching anything.
